Our fees are generally within the mid-range of fees charged by attorneys in Delaware County. All fees are discussed in advance and arrangements will be confirmed by a written signed agreement.

Presonal injury and some commercial litigation cases will be handled on a contingent basis. In these cases there is no charge for our initial consultation and claim evaluation.

Non-contingent fee clients, whether billed on a flat fee or by hourly billing, will receive a fully itemized statement of all services rendered as well as charges and costs incurred, usually on a monthly basis.
